Situated in Hackney Downs, East London, We The Conscious is a multidisciplinary studio rethinking how we approach modern wellness, through various modalities including breathwork, nervous system regulation and emotional connection. As such, they required a sensitive space which is grounding and calming, flexible and open, engages maximum use of natural light, and is welcoming and genuine. The space lends itself beautifully to a variety of experiences, and provides a much-loved community hub.
